I. Rental Policy for Parish Center

Rental for Non-Parishioners

A. With Bar

  1. Fee - $700.00 (includes cleaning).
  2. Minimum of 150 people (if less than 150 people the rental fee is $650.00)
  3. Kitchen can be used for heating and distribution of food. No cooking is allowed. Kitchen must be left in same condition as found. Use of dishwasher, mixer, or any kitchen utensil is prohibited.
  4. Rental fee is $700.00 for a minimum of six (6) hours. Each additional hour at $50.00 to be allowed at the discretion of the Hall Manager. All events will end no later than 12:30 A.M. Bar closes at midnight.
  5. Tablecloths are an extra charge.
  6. Policeman and an Activities license are to be secured by the renter, as may be required by the Hall Manager.
  7. No liquor or other beverages allowed to be brought into any affair. If found it will be confiscated and returned at the end of the affair.
  8. A $250.00 deposit is required. It is non-refundable unless given a three months notice and the Hall can be rented for that date.
  9. A $250.00 damage deposit is required to assure Parish Center is left in same condition as found. Any damage to the facility, it's content or grounds would be billed to the Person(s) renting the facility.
  10. The management reserves the right not to serve any person who appears to be under the influence. Proper ID is required.
  11. Access to the Hall would be permitted two (2) hours prior to the start of the affair.
  12. Rentals on holidays (New Year's Eve, etc.) will be negotiated.
  13. Any rental would not be valid unless the person renting the facility signs a contract rental agreement.
  14. Center is a non-smoking facility.

B. Without Bar

  1. $750 fee for the first hour and $50.00 for each additional hour.
  2. Please refer to the above rules that pertain to this type of rental.
